Recipe: Piké Chicken Wings — Marinade & Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Piké Marinade
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Piké Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 lemon (for cleaning)
  • Salt only if necessary

Preparing the Wings

  • Clean the wings with lemon.
  • Rinse with hot water.
  • Drain and place in a bowl.

Marinade

  • Add Piké Marinade and oil.
  • Massage the meat and let marinate for 1 hr (ideal 3 to 12 hrs).

Cooking

Oven: 400°F (200°C), 35–45 min, flip halfway through.
Crispy finish: broil 3–5 min.
Air Fryer: 380°F (193°C) for 22–25 min, flip halfway through.

Serving

Serve hot with Piké Pikliz and lime wedges.
