Recipe: Piké Chicken Wings — Marinade & Hot Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 3 to 4 tbsp Piké Marinade
- 1 to 2 tbsp Piké Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 lemon (for cleaning)
- Salt only if necessary
Preparing the Wings
- Clean the wings with lemon.
- Rinse with hot water.
- Drain and place in a bowl.
Marinade
- Add Piké Marinade and oil.
- Massage the meat and let marinate for 1 hr (ideal 3 to 12 hrs).
Cooking
Oven: 400°F (200°C), 35–45 min, flip halfway through.
Crispy finish: broil 3–5 min.
Air Fryer: 380°F (193°C) for 22–25 min, flip halfway through.
Serving
Serve hot with Piké Pikliz and lime wedges.
