Piké Signature Poké Bowl – Salmon & Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients (1 generous bowl)
- 150 g fresh salmon
- 1 bowl of sushi rice or jasmine rice
- 1 tbsp vinegar + 1 tsp sugar
Piké Signature Sauce
- 1 tbsp Piké Marinade
- 1 tsp Piké Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Juice of half a lemon
Vegetables & Toppings
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Mango
- Shredded carrots
- Edamame
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Piké Pikliz
Preparation
- Prepare the rice and let it cool slightly, then season it with vinegar and sugar.
- Mix all the ingredients for the Piké Signature Sauce.
- Cut the salmon into cubes and mix it with 2 tablespoons of the sauce; let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Build the bowl: rice, vegetables, salmon, remaining sauce, sesame seeds, green onions, and Piké Pikliz.
