Piké Signature Poké Bowl – Salmon & Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients (1 generous bowl)

  • 150 g fresh salmon
  • 1 bowl of sushi rice or jasmine rice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar + 1 tsp sugar

Piké Signature Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Piké Marinade
  • 1 tsp Piké Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Juice of half a lemon

Vegetables & Toppings

  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Mango
  • Shredded carrots
  • Edamame
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Piké Pikliz

Preparation

  • Prepare the rice and let it cool slightly, then season it with vinegar and sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the Piké Signature Sauce.
  • Cut the salmon into cubes and mix it with 2 tablespoons of the sauce; let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Build the bowl: rice, vegetables, salmon, remaining sauce, sesame seeds, green onions, and Piké Pikliz.
